Rich joined Ruark Insurance Advisors in September, 2003, where he primarily focuses on new client development for both annuity reinsurance programs and annuity consulting.

Rich has extensive knowledge of the reinsurance market, and visibility within the industry with over 25 years of experience. Prior to joining RIA, Rich most recently worked for Annuity & Life Reassurance of Hamilton, Bermuda where as Senior Vice President he was responsible for initiating the fixed and variable annuity reinsurance line of business. Previously, Rich was Vice President of PaineWebber Life Insurance Company in charge of operational activities and reinsurance. Rich started his career at MONY, where in his last assignment he was Vice President responsible for individual annuity and life insurance product development.
