Tim joined RCL in 2009 with over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry.  At RCL, Tim’s primary responsibilities include annuity reinsurance brokerage and consulting, and he has a particular interest in reinsurance treaty design, and development, pricing, and marketing of retail products.

Prior to joining RCL, Tim was a Vice President responsible for product management and pricing at Old Mutual Bermuda, The Phoenix Companies, and Sage Insurance Group, respectively.  Tim’s experience also includes an expense management role at CIGNA, as well as a range of financial reporting, valuation, ALM, experience study, and pricing responsibilities at American Skandia.  Throughout his career, Tim has enjoyed leadership roles in the development of innovative products for the annuity marketplace.

Tim is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, where he earned a BS in Mathematics with high honors.  He lives in Guilford, Connecticut, with his wife and two children.
